The Principle Function:
Clean air is necessary to fill products without preservatives. The filter housing of the Clean Air Unit is built from stainless steel and protects the filter from wash water. Wash water can damage the filter, and mold or other microorganisms could grow through the filter, contaminating both the filling area and the product.
